Code of Conduct

What We Expect

  • Respect: Treat all participants, facilitators, and guests with courtesy and kindness. 
  • Confidentiality: What is shared in this space stays in this space. We honour vulnerability and protect each other’s stories. 
  • Inclusivity: Embrace diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and identities. This is a space for all women leaders. 
  • Constructive Dialogue: Ask questions and challenge ideas, not people. Speak from your own experience using “I” statements. 
  • Presence: Show up with your full attention. Be mindful of how you contribute to the experience of others.

What Will Not Be Tolerated

  • Disrespectful, discriminatory, or harassing behavior of any kind
  • Dismissing or belittling others’ experiences
  • Sharing confidential information outside the group
  • Disruptive or dominating behavior that detracts from others' participation
  • Use of AI transcription tools or recordings without explicit consent

If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please contact the facilitator privately or send an email to support@herexecutiveascent.com.

We take all concerns seriously and will take immediate action, including potential removal from the program if necessary.
