About the Founder

Lori Lalonde Profile Pic - Small

I've spent the past decade driving transformation and leading teams at  Microsoft and Manulife. I've presented to skeptical rooms, led multi-million-dollar digital transformations, developed high-performing teams, and coached dozens of women navigating the invisible thresholds between management and senior leadership.

I developed the leadership program and workshops I wish had existed when I was making those moves.

This isn't about fixing women. It's about unlocking what's already there and giving women the structure, support, and visibility they deserve.

Lori Lalonde
CEO & Founder

Lori Lalonde, CEO & Founder of Her Executive Ascent Inc., spent three decades in the tech industry with the past decade leading large-scale digital transformation and cloud innovation programs at Microsoft and Manulife. Having coached, mentored, and developed high-performing teams across industries, she saw a consistent gap: women were being developed for management, not for power.

Her Executive Ascent Inc. was born from that insight, to help women strengthen strategic thinking, navigate organizational power, and lead the conversations that shape the future of business.

About the Company

Our Mission

To close the credibility gap and navigate the sponsorship gap that still exists for women in leadership by equipping them with the strategic and AI skills needed to lead at the highest levels while building leverage in environments where advancement is no longer automatic.

We believe women shouldn’t have to fit into outdated leadership models to advance. They deserve frameworks that reflect how power, influence, and trust are built in the real world today, especially as organizational dynamics shift and traditional support structures become less reliable.

Our Vision

A world where women hold influence not because they adapt to the system, but because they help redesign it.

Our Values

Real Power, Not Performance

We teach how power actually moves — structurally, informally, through networks — not how to perform leadership for approval.

Honest About the Terrain

We name the credibility gap, the sponsorship gap, and the double bind — and then give women the tools to navigate them.

Intelligence as Leverage

Strategic fluency and AI literacy are how you lead from a position of leverage rather than compliance.

Ascend to Redesign

Individual advancement is the mechanism. Systemic change is the point.
